  • 1304.21(a)(1)(iv), 1304.21(a)(2)(ii), 1304.21(a)(3)(i)(A), and 1304.21(b)(1)(iii) of Head Start Performance Standards (Federal Register, Nov. 5, 1996, Volume 61, Number 215).
